Yoga fell into Saraβs life as a practice of self-care while living as a dancer in New York City. After finding a sense of connection and calm from the practice, she wanted to deepen her understanding of yoga and joined her first yoga teacher training in 2014. Nowadays Sara is based in East London, she teaches in some of London's top yoga studios and on international retreats. In addition to teaching yoga, Sara also teaches mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) courses.
Saraβs classes combine intelligent sequencing with attention to alignment, mindfulness and uplifting music. She teaches vinyasa and slow flow classes that incorporate Katonah yoga practices as well as Yin yoga with a flavor of mindfulness. As a teacher, she strives to create a safe, welcoming environment that encourages participants to explore and extend their limits. Saraβs passion and purpose are to help people connect with their inner wisdom and to give out tools for more fuller, richer and compassionate lives.
