WHAT TO EXPECT?

In a vinyasa class, we string postures (asanas) together, moving from one posture to another, seamlessly, using the breath as a guide. These classes often include some breathing exercises (pranayama), a mix of strengthening, mobilising and relaxing postures and meditation.

In each week you will receive a Spotify Yoga playlist to accompany your practice!
